Pont L'Évêque AOP (Cow's Milk) - 400g
A soft and very rich cheese with creamy and full-bodied flavour with a pale yellow colour & has white-orange coloured rind. Tastes best when eaten at room temperature. Originally manufactured in the area around the commune of Pont-l'Évêque, between Deauville and Lisieux in the Calvados département of Normandy. It is probably the oldest Norman cheese still in production.
