Panko is a type of crisp large breadcrumb which is used predominantly in Japanese cooking. The crumbs can be used to coat foods before deep frying. Because the crumb is so large it creates a deliciously tender crust.

Water Flour, Yeast, salt, Palm Oil, Dextrose, Dough Conditioner

Storage Instructions

Stick it in the cupboard, put in an airtight container after opening.
