Salmon Wellington (Cooked)

Salmon Wellington is a dish made with salmon fillet wrapped in pastry and baked. It is similar in concept to Beef Wellington but uses salmon instead of beef.

• Fresh salmon fillet

• A layer of spinach, mushrooms, or herb cream cheese

• Wrapped in puff pastry

• Baked until golden and crispy
