Rich, tender, and gamey, each leg is sourced from happy and healthy lambs that have been raised in the green countryside of New Zealand. Produced by Silver Fern Farms, New Zealand’s leading expert in grass-fed lamb products, each sumptuous roasted lamb leg is 100% halal. Roasted with the bone in to create extra vibrant flavour and melt-in-the-mouth tender texture, each whole cooked piece weighs between 1.5kg to 2kg. Orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and every leg is weighed and priced before cooking.
