What is Fondue?
Fondue is a national Swiss melted cheese dish that is served in a shared fondue pot. The melted cheese is traditionally served in a cast iron pot over candles or spirit lamps (to keeps the cheese melted) with a set of long-stemmed forks. This dish is typically eaten in the winter season by dipping bread croutons in the mix of melted cheese and enjoyed with a group of people.
