Characteristics
A reinterpretation of the classic Genoese pesto using Sicilian ingredients: almonds and pistachios instead of pine nuts, “Cosacavaddu” cheese instead of Parmigiano Reggiano, and extra virgin olive oil. A fresh, distinctive aroma, resulting in a pesto with an intense, traditional flavour.
