I usually buy a whole slab of meat (e.g. brisket for smoking), how can I order one?

What is the minimum order requirement for FREE delivery?

We are pleased to offer delivery throughout the UAE!

For free delivery, we have the below minimum order requirements:
-AED 300 in Dubai
-AED 500 In  Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah,Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain

How long can I keep the meat in the fridge/what is the shelf life? Can I freeze the meat? 

-Always keep meat refrigerated at at least 5 degrees C. Steaks are best consumed within 5 days and mince best consumed within 3 days.
- Otherwise yes, you may freeze our meat at -18C during its refrigerated shelf life

Is your meat HALAL?

Yes. All our meat is Halal according the UAE laws.

Is your meat fresh? 

-All our meat items are chilled and never frozen except Japanese Wagyu and Chicken.

Where does your meat come from?

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Holland and USA

What else do you sell other than beef and lamb?

We sell veal, chicken, and other ingredients and seasonings and utensils to plan for the best BBQ.
We also sell sauces and frozen seafood products.

Can you marinade my meat? What is the additional charge?

Yes we can, pricing differs according to requirements. Contact us for more information. TBC.

Can you vacuum seal my order? What is the additional charge?

We vacuum seal all meat items on complimentary basis. TBC.
