Crémeux des Augustins is a cow's milk cheese.  This delicious soft cheese is creamy when ripe.  The edges of this small wheel are wrapped with spruce bark, a traditional technique which adds complexity to the aging process of the cheese, contributing a sweet, mustardy tang.

Similar to Mont d'Or but taste woodier and spicier.

Can be eaten warm or on BBQ in foil.
