Sourced from David Herve, one of the world’s most prestigious oyster producers since 1939, our Fine Oysters No.2 brings a salty and classic flavour that is impossible to resist.

Grown for three years in France and across Europe, these perfectly fresh oysters are best enjoyed “au naturel”, or with a slight squeeze of lemon. Available throughout the year, every fine oyster has a shelf life of just 10 days to ensure maximum flavour. 

All pre-orders must be made by 12pm every Friday for delivery the following Thursday.
